My recent purchase of XUV and the feedback to Mahindra Team (for which there was no response)

I have been a huge fan of Scorpio for a long time. However, after a test drive comparison in Sep/Oct 2014 I am finally a proud owner of an XUV W8. I am overwhelmed by the way the entire engine and the system is designed. One word to describe, fantastic.
Just like any other Indian scenario, the software for the entire system really sucks. Your software engineers couldn't think the minimum basics.
1. Biggest disaster is the maps. I as a customer can pay you at least 50K INR More if you can give me google maps.
2. The audio system software. it is completely buggy.
2.1 there is no way one can go to the next folder by a press of a button
2.2 When once clicks/taps on list and comes out of the current folder (for ex: Zeher movie) then the list starts at Aankhen. so in the mid of traffic if i wish to go to ZNMD then i have to press the down button for few seconds for it to scroll all folders and come down to Zeher or next which actually is my current folder and I just wanted to move to the next
2.3 the system takes good enough seconds to even show the song on display
2.4 which ever fool designed the USB area should be awarded. I have changed 2 pen drives till now. out of courtesy/ignorance many a times my co passengers tried close the lid on the USB area and the pen drive broke.
2.5. when i take a call, the music system in the background keeps playing the song. if i had a call for 20 mins, i almost missed 4 or 5 songs straight. shouldn't it pause? how foolish.
2.6 there are up and down arrows which can be used by your engineer for next and previous folders (just a suggestion)
3. Blue tooth: Ask about problems then there are plenty. the device it detected yesterday it doesn't detect today. sometimes it doesn't even switch off when you try to turn off blue tooth.
4. the reverse camera switches on after 4 seconds and the beeps only start after 2 seconds. Does anyone know that microprocessors work at 10 to the power of -8 transactions per second? then how nasty did someone code that software?
5. My tyre gets punctured. I replace it. in spite of driving for 4 KMS it still says that the tyre actually replaced is at 0PSI :-)
6. AC: when kept in AUTO mode it always opts to pick wind from outside. that sucks because of the dust that comes from outside.
7. Voice control: You should name it BETA and stop developing it. absolutely waste.
why should somebody press for 3 seconds and then say NEXT for getting to a next song. there is already a button for that, isn't it?
I request you to get these simple fixes done in your software and send it as an update to all your service centers or allow some users to apply themselves. (using documentation)
I might be sound sarcastic or rude, but trust me with my decent experience across the mechanical, electronics and software domains, I understand how easy or tough it is.

Mechanically and electrically it is an amazing vehicle. However the user experience is lost due to software.

Looks like you all chose to keep silent to a customer who has brought to you some intelligent observations.
While that is going on, please add the below observations too.
1. USB 3.0 drives do not work
2. How many times i ever complain, the cabin (internal) noises do not come down. there is always something internally making some filthy noises.
